Our fast-growing and well-established company is seeking a full-time on-site role for an ERP Implementation Project Manager located in Tampa, FL. Our team thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, where innovation and growth are encouraged. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects, with at least 2+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools)
  • CPA or working towards CPA certification is a plus but not required
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) integration

Requirements

  • Lead the full project lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, including planning, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
  • Manage change management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution throughout the project
  • Ensure data migration, system integration, and customization tasks are effectively planned and executed
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support
  • Monitor project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and IT governance
