Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement standardized workflows and procedures
• Conduct process analysis, develop recommendations, and present findings
• Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and ensure alignment between departments such as Operations, Sales, Accounting, Logistics, Production, and HR
• Support change-management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and solutions
• Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and workflow maps using tools such as Microsoft Visio
• Track process performance using KPIs and operational metrics; propose solutions to the management
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, IT, and department managers on operational improvements and system enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or related functions
• Strong analytical skills (very important) with the ability to evaluate complex workflows and data
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple departments
• Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and implement structured improvement methodologies
