  • Manage inventory control for production plant and warehouse facilities.

Refrigerant Lab Technician - iGas USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced lab technicial. Highly qualified individual will test and monitor refrigerant that is mixed at our production facility.

  • Ability to test refrigerant for the following: acidity by weight, chloride, high boiling residue by weight, non-condensable by weight, purity of refrigerant by gas chromotograph, and moisture in water (PPM).
  • Provide QC and/or QC samples as requested.
  • Verify label specification matches the product.
  • Maintains time and production records.
  • Request for raw materials from warehouse.
  • Check for expiration dates, color, texture, and smell to ensure that the materials are acceptable.
  • Mix and blend raw material according to formula.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 (three) years experience of testing chemicals and analyzing the results.
  • Must be able to lift multiple boxes up to 40+ lbs.

Supply Chain Logistics Agent - Seeking experienced Import/Export Administrator. Highly qualified individual will be responsible for the movement of material in/out of the country in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Coordinate vessel documentation requirements for shipments, prepare documentations, and act as a liaison with customs to ensure proper documentation for Importing and Exporting.

  • Obtain and provide cost competitive, best service quotes for domestic and international shipments
  • Execute shipments and prepare all required shipment documentation (CI, PL and BOL etc.)
  • Arrange transport and manage during the routing tanks and containers shipped internationally by way of all available transport methods.
  • Work with carriers and freight forwarders to resolve any details for accurate transport and completion of any shipments
  • Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation related to international bookings (Diagnose good declaration, Shipper’s Instructions, etc.)
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation for loading export cargo and unloading import cargo.
  • Track freight costs to actual charges and report to management.
  • Additional tasks assigned by supervisor as needed.
  • 5+ years experience managing domestic and international shipments from quoting through delivery.
  • Thorough understanding of national/international entry/exit procedures, documentation, clearance requirements, and the like.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, time management and customer service skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to deliver information in a clear and consise manner.
  • Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred but not required.
